Google Nexus One设计超薄，机身圆润。在其机身的边角，侧面的轮廓中能够更深地感觉到这一点。

Google Nexus One听筒非常靠上，让出了更多的面积给屏幕，机身周围的这个边框看起来是金属材质，如果是金属手感和稳定性倍增，同时也保证了机身的厚度。

Google Nexus One配备的是500万像素摄像头组件，在镜头的周围没有特别的标注，边上有一个很小的LED补光灯，再往右是一个扬声器发声孔。
