买手机自然是先从外观看起，作为HTC的手机，Desire HD和Incredible S都有着比较浓厚的商务气息。由于屏幕大小不同 ，HTC Desire HD显得更加的霸气，而Incredible S显得稍微秀气一些 ，实际上Incredible S长得和HTC 7 Mozart有些相似，风格上还是要看你自己的喜好。

机身的用料方面，Desire HD采用了一体式金属的后盖，做工方面更好，更加耐磨坚固，手感较为冰冷，重量也达到了164g，相当沉重；而HTC Incredible S则是采用棉质涂层的塑料，手感顺滑，不过就没有Desire HD那么坚固了，同时重量也只有135g。相比之下，Desire HD就显得比较笨重，就算是男生也很难单手操作，HTC Incredible S也是达到了单手操作的极限，对MM来说就困难了（其实两部机都比较Man）。
